We welcome all types of RVs, including motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and pop-up campers. All we ask is that they be in good condition, fully registered, and insured.

We charge $205 a week for short term rentals and $375 +electric for monthly rentals. Currently, we do not do overnight stays. We do charge a $150 non-refundable deposit for our long-term renters.

We use you deposit to pay for your last month's electric, for re-leveling the RV pad, and any other charges that might be due.

Yes, our monthly rental rate is much discounted from the weekly rate. Please contact our office for more information.

Yes, our park is dog friendly. We ask that you keep your pets on a leash and pick up after them when you are out and about in the park.

The monthly rate is for two adults living in an RV. We will allow up to four people to stay at the park in a single RV but there is an extra person charge of $4.50 per day and per person.

We are an adults-only park catering to working folks without children. Children are allowed as visitors for short stays only.

Our park is located on the west branch of the Carancahua River. You may fish any time but you do need a valid Texas Fishing license with the saltwater endorsement.
